Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise
- Label and stockpile items in the designated areas
- Inspect products for damages, and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking merchandise as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking processes
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Process and document merchandise to be returned or shipped
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance when required
- Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment orders as needed
- Follow proper handling and storage of products
- Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies
- Execute stock rotation to ensure product freshness
- Contribute to the implementation of efficient stocking procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or stocking role is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Basic math and computer skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Adherence to safety and hygiene regulations
