Inside Sales Representative - Public Library Channel

Playaway Products is based out of Solon, Ohio. While we have an office and space for you to come in, we also realize that some people like to work from home. We want you to be comfortable, so if that means you work remotely 100%, or if you like to spice it up and come in from time-to-time, your work environment is up to you!

We are looking for a hungry, business-minded person that is highly energetic and passionate to join our team. The creation of this new team is a key corporate strategic initiative to expand the reach of the Playaway Products and this role will be an integral part of its growth and success.

The right candidate for this position, should be engaging, driven, and properly represent Playaway Products to the industry and our customers. Applicants must be excited to learn, develop and improve skills every day. This role requires the creativity, passion, and initiative to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Develop and manage relationships to drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Effectively manage customer pipeline through proper lead management.
• Cold-call new leads, and re-engage past partners.
• Contribute your experience and expertise to the design and refinements of our products, marketing materials, and organization.
• Develop and contribute to a corporate culture centered on cultivating and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of our products and company to secure new business and increase market share.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Proven successes in a sales environment preferred, but not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – contributing market growth ideas and timely execution.
• Must display leadership experience, strong work ethic, communication skills and success dealing with customers.
• Ability to exercise own judgment and discretion and work independently.
• Strong commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
• Requires strong presentation skills.
• Friendly and professional team player with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
