Chiller Technician

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair chillers located at the customer sites
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and testing of chillers
• Install new chillers at customer sites when needed 
• Follow the team leader's instructions and strive to maintain strong teamwork
• Communicate and collaborate with HQ during the process of resolving various issues 
• Organize and manage the parts inventory
• Perform hands-on mechanic work on various occasions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform subordinary tasks related to maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate 
• Associate’s degree in refrigeration technology or a related field is a plus
• Strong skill and knowledge in Chiller/Heat exchanger systems and controls
• 2-5 years experience as a technician preferably in a semiconductor industry
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to operations and work safety
• Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment. 
• Communication skills are essential to convey information to customers and coworkers.
• Universal EPA refrigerant certification is a plus
• HVAC certification is a plus 
• Being bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred
