We are a rapidly growing car wash partnership and are looking for talented, detail-oriented, and organized team members to assist our growing locations with developing their teams and creating organizational depth for future growth! This position would entail sorting through applications for multiple locations nationwide, conducting virtual interviews with attention to competencies, skill sets, work ethic, experience, and team fit. Team members would work with location and district management to schedule second face-to-face interviews and assist with training and coaching of new location management on conducting said interviews.
