Your Role
By designing and implementing top-notch customer service workflows as well as defining standard operating procedures, you gear up processes for hypergrowth through automation. You support the setup of a best-in-class customer service system, enabling the Customer Care team to work more efficiently. As a stellar customer experience is a company-wide effort, you will also work cross-departmentally to drive topics that improve customer satisfaction.
