We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (or someone that wants to acquire this certification!) to join our team and provide support to individuals with special needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will have experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
You will have the support of a BCBA who will create all plans, provide all necessary training, and support you in your growth!
We are happy to provide the training and reimbursement for those that need to acquire the RBT Certification. This includes a paid 40-hour training (all online), a competency assessment run by your supervisor and a test (we will help you pass!).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans for clients.
- Monitor and document client progress.
- Provide positive reinforcement to clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide feedback to clients and their families regarding progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
