Finni is looking for a RBT to work in Macomb, IL and Quincy, IL!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and in the community, such as a daycare setting
- Collect and record data on therapy goals
- Receive weekly supervision from the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings and trainings as scheduled by your supervisor

What You'll Need
- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
- Reliable Transportation
- Access to Fort Moore or willing to receive weekly/daily visitor passes
- A think outside of the box personality to make therapy fun for your clients
- Professional social skills to interact with and support caregivers
- Active RBT Certification (Preferred)
- Active CPR Certification (Required)
- Must pass background check (this is a requirement from the funding source)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
