ABOUT US
Finnmark provides a wide range of property maintenance and remodel construction services to the multi-family and HOA industries throughout Oregon and Washington.
You will learn the Finnmark way of pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweeping, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and more. Alongside your crew, you will manage the team to deliver safe, efficient, and professional results that delight your customers. We will provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed on any of the services you might be unfamiliar with and make you a rock-star in no time!
Your job as a Rapid Response Lead will be to provide Quick Response Services to all our clients when needed. This newly created position raises the bar on our service levels with an immediate response mindset, so your urgency to respond to all clients’ needs is essential.
As a Rapid Response Lead you will perform a variety of cleaning, repair, and installation services in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner. This will include working outdoors most of the time, supporting Finnmarks SAFETY disciplines, always using PPE, be comfortable working on rooftops and ladders. Rapid Response Leads are responsible for setting up job sites; planning the efficient operation of jobs; assessing, monitoring, and communicating SAFETY conditions and expectations to fellow employees; professionally communicating with customers, fellow employees, and the office; completing thorough daily job notes; training employees every day, through role modeling, coaching and feedback to employees to ensure they feel like productive participants in company culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
While we’d love you to have experience in any of the services we provide, it is not a requirement. What is required:
- A tenacious attitude to provide Excellent Service to everyone
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to acquire within 2 weeks of hire)
- OSHA-10 (or ability to acquire within 2 weeks of hire)
- Willing to drive to different job locations throughout North Seattle to Everett and East to North Bend
- Capable of moving and climbing ladders in a safe manner
- Comfortable working on 2-4 story roofs with safety gear
- Must maintain excellent driving record to be insurable by Company insurance
- 18 years old
