Machine Operator
Job Posting for Machine Operator at Finzer Roller, Inc.
Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator for our Searcy, AR plant. Starting at $16 per hour, bonus opportunity, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.
Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include:
- Setup and run manual engine lathes
- Use calipers and micrometers to measure product
- Comply with manufacturing and safety practices
- Use hoists and cranes for material handling
- Maintain communication with production team
- Read and understand standard operating procedures and customer requirements
- Focus on quality output
Qualified Machine Operator candidates will have basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. 2 years machine operation preferred.
