We are looking for self-motivated, persistent, and can communicate confidently with a strong customer sales mindset. Our agents focus on providing the best customer sales experience to help their clients navigate through the insurance process.

What do you need to apply?

  • Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance (REQUIRED)
  • Health insurance, Short term medical, dental, gap, and ACA experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • To enjoy working in a competitive environment
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish/Creole) a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales goals, including applications submitted & conversion rates
  • Stick to a consistent work schedule
  • Take Inbound calls and live transfers from consumers looking to buy health insurance.
  • Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Insurance Sales Representatives: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
  • Life Insurance License (Preferred)
