Firecreek Coffee is a local coffee roasting company which operates cafés in Northern Arizona. Our goal is to cultivate a distinct and immersive experience for both our employees and customers in and around our coffee bars. We're looking for dependable and motivated people to fill an Assistant Manager/barista role responsible for drink prep, food prep, bar back and greeting customers. You will also function as back up to our manager and learn various management duties including scheduling staff, inventory, ordering supplies, utilizing checklists to ensure correct procedures for cleaning, etc. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition.
Must be available weekdays. Some barista experience required.
You will:
- Deliver impeccable gracious hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates
- Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully - these tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and taking out trash.
You are:
