Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR LANDSCAPING COMPANY - IMMEDIATELY!

We are a fast-paced, fun and growing Landscape company that is currently looking for a person to fill our front office. This position works directly with the Management, Foreman/Crews, Customers and Vendors to communicate, order materials, billing and problem solving, & product submittals. Position will also work closely with other members in the office for administration duties, invoicing approvals and submitting purchase orders. You will have front office clerical work as well. Must be a team player and willing to jump in and help around the office if and when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• You MUST be organized, a self-starter, able to multi-task and take directions.
• You must have a minimum of 2 years of landscape/irrigation experience
• You must be able to follow processes.
• Must be a good communicator and work well with others.
• Excellent computer skills in Excel-Word-Outlook and Bluebeam.
• Must have previous experience with submittals.
• Must have some knowledge of tree/plant material.
• Construction knowledge.

We are seeking someone that's high energy, outgoing and able to work in a very fast paced environment to get things done. A TEAM player that works well within the office and with our other divisions for the success of our Company.

This is a FULL-TIME position so you must have reliable transportation / Drivers License and able to work from 8-5 M-F. Job Type: Full-time
