**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members - Help manage food service operations, including preparing and serving food - Coordinate kitchen activities and ensure food safety standards are met - Operate Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions - Maintain inventory levels and assist with grocery store orders - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly - Apply retail math skills to manage cash handling and reconcile daily sales - Sanitate work areas to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures Joining our team as a Shift Leader offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, contribute to a dynamic work environment, and grow within the company.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
