This role will configure and maintain networking infrastructure for FireMon offices and off-site datacenter. This includes but is not limited to firewalls, switches, virtual infrastructure, servers, VPNs, VoIP Phones, and security. This position requires the ability to work without close supervision and potentially requires some travel. This is both a highly technical position and a position where customer service skills are critically important. Resolving internal issues in a timely and thorough manner allow FireMon personnel to do their jobs better and more efficiently.
