We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will be able to:
- Demonstrate sharp leadership skills and a willingness to assist customers with any problems or inquiries they may have.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and a passion for clear and effective communication.
- Quickly adapt to and master proprietary software to efficiently assist customers.
- Confidently troubleshoot and investigate issues, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions.
- Proactively seek additional information when needed to address customer inquiries or complaints.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's products and services to address customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Review sales orders and collaborate with the team to collect any missing information required to finalize orders.
- Coordinate with the customer to confirm product details and installation timelines, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to help them identify specific products and solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Assist operations in other duties related to incoming sales orders, including reviewing and verifying customer information and order details.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database.
Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated customer support experience or client service background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in adapting/responding to diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Organized with keen attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office.
- Possesses a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Preferred: One year of customer service or retail experience (not required).
- Preferred: Call center or receptionist experience (not required).
