Pay: $55,000 to $75,000 annual salary plus commission.
Location: Colorado Springs, Denver Metro Area, Dallas-Fort Worth

We are looking for a sales professional who will be able to:
- Be a self-starter with solid business acumen and integrity.
- Leverage networking skills and HBA Business Development opportunities.
- Compete with personal production in a team environment.
- Match our consumers with the perfect product for their needs and close the sale.
- Manage lead sources and follow them through to completion.
- Make cold calls and prospect effectively.
- Build a strong pipeline for new revenue growth and maintain existing accounts.
- Enjoy a work-hard, play-hard culture of people who care about each other, customers, vendors, and the community they serve.
- Continue the 5-star rating of the company.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven track record in closing sales.
- Positive and enthusiastic professional presentation in person and over the phone.
- Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
- Strong competitive marketing, business development/sales, and negotiating skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Team player with an interest in personal growth.
- Technical experience in the home and hearth industry is a plus but not required!
