Summary The primary purpose of this position is to perform maintenance tasks and new construction projects at all company locations.
All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work.
Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed : -Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks - Ability to perform carpentry, electrical work, plumbing and other specialized skills - Install cameras, smoke alarms and video monitors - Maintain security checkpoints, i.
e. metal detectors, door latches - Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure it is safe and in good working order - Maintain a current list of skilled contractors for emergency use - Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night - Follow instructions to ensure safety of employees and clients - Ability to measure and cut lumber or other materials to desired specifications Performs other duties as assigned.
