Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. Prepares and serves meals according to the set menu.
Maintains the kitchen area in a sanitary and safe condition while on duty. Follows food preparation lists as given by the Kitchen Supervisor.
Supervises residents assigned to kitchen detail during the shift worked. Perform other duties as needed to assist in the operations of the food service area as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.
