POSITION SUMMARY
Pinova Incorporated is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Brunswick, Georgia facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance support in all areas of the facility. The candidate will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Pinova Incorporated is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Brunswick, Georgia facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance support in all areas of the facility. The candidate will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
R ESPONSIBILITIES
- Installs, inspects, troubleshoots and repairs pumps.
- Regularly use precision measuring equipment (micrometer, feeler gage, etc...)
- Perform lubrications, inspects and repairs bearings, couplings, rollers, conveyors, gear boxes, shafts, seals and packing.
- Perform pipefitting, minor rigging, concrete work and operates technical equipment like optical laser alignment.
- Perform welding and metal fabrication as required.
- Debugs and repairs hydraulic systems.
- Run machine tools (lapping machine, lathe, mill, etc....)
- Maintain clean and organized work area per 5S standards.
- Run forklift, aerial equipment, and other control systems in the manufacturing and packaging facilities.
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Candidate should have experience in working on fluid power systems that includes troubleshooting power units, a wide array of hydraulic valves including but not limited to proportional & directional valves and every type of solenoid valve. Candidate should also have experience troubleshooting hydraulic cylinders with the ability to repair and replace seals, rebuild and test cylinders to meet factory specs.
- Proficiency in computer operation and basic programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Lotus Notes, GenSuite, Powerpoint and SAP).
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.
- Post-secondary education, and/or trade school courses completed are desirable.
- Reading ability such as is necessary to read and comprehend maintenance procedures and instructions, drawings, maintenance and operating manuals.
- Math ability such as is necessary to perform rotating equipment utility mechanic tasks and instrumentation related calculations or computations.
- Have knowledge on use of hand tools and rotating equipment and devices.
- Have good job performance, safety record, attendance record, and work ethic.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Salary : $50,900 - $64,400
