Job Posting for Reverse Mortgage Specialist at First American Home Loans, Inc.
Established mortgage company in Orange is seeking candidates for reverse mortgage loan officer. Will be responsible for handling inbound calls as well as outbound calling. Qualified candidate should have reverse experience and proficiency with Reverse Vision and Velocify. NMLS licensing required. We can help with additional licensing in the states we are licensed in. Closing 3-4 loans per month will put income into 6 figure range yearly. Serious closers only.
We have a seasoned processing/underwriting team to make your loans go through smoothly and quickly.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in lending/brokering
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- NMLS licensing required
- Reverse Mortgage experience and proficiency with Reverse Vision and Velocify
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, follow up, and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Earning potential: $80,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year.
