Pango Group is growing! We are looking for a dynamic and detailed oriented candidate to join out team. The Escrow Banking Associate’s primary responsibility is reviewing and ensuring accuracy of media balance check sheet and manual ledgers for multiple offices as assigned. Our vision “to create raving fans out of everyone we touch.”
Essential Functions
- Interfaces with escrow branches/customers as the first point of contact to resolve service calls/queries/problems.
- Assist escrow branches/customers in processing wires, stop payments, cashier’s checks, and general inquiries
- Perform quality control review of customer requests to ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place
- Identify Opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Quality customer service skills
- Working knowledge of FAST and Trust32 is strongly recommended
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast pace environment
Typical Education
- High School diploma or equivalent

- 2-3 years of related experience
