First Bank and Trust is seeking a
Systems Analyst to join our team. The System Analyst must be located in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina or Georgia.
System Analysts are responsible for managing users of bank systems, maintaining device configurations, supporting various core applications, and facilitating vendor reporting tools. The position will require setup and maintaining user information for critical systems, administration of the JHA core system, Synergy, Enterprise Workflow, business continuity, and supporting users of various systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and maintain user information for critical systems-iSeries/Silverlake
- Support the administrator for the Synergy, Synergy eSign Web, and Synergy Reports products.
- Support Enterprise Workflow administration.
- Set up and maintain platform software users and product sites used by the bank.
- Assist supporting users of various systems who are disabled, locked out or needing password reset assistance.
- Assist in setup of devices and printer assignments and reset disabled devices.
- Work with vendors and application software to maintain current releases and perform post installation testing and problem resolution with bank end users.
- Gather and process information for reporting requirements for vendors that the Bank does business.
- Maintain parameters, setup new banking products and work with end users to resolve problems they are experiencing with application and operating software.
- Maintain bank parameters, add new branch information to core and complimentary products, including SilverLake Teller and Teller Item Processing.
- Support business continuity development.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required.
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, IT, or Business - preferred
- Four or more years of experience - preferred.

- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
