Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative with a specialization in escrow to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of loan escrow accounts, including analysis, compliance, payment processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and have a thorough understanding of escrow and processes in loan servicing.

Escrow Account Management

Flood insurance Management
Force placed Management
DMV Title Management
Compliance and Reporting
Problem Resolution
Review reports to ensure accuracy (General Ledger)
Daily processing of mail
Work with letters of credit, including maintenance, monitoring of fees and reporting functions
Loan Review -verify input on new loans boarded to the system
Perform account maintenance and updates
Review loan documentation which includes but not limited to, commercial mortgage commitment letters, appraisals, title insurance, loan approvals
Review loans for accuracy in as much as lien perfection, internal control numbers and loan system input
Review imaged documents with loan imaging system for accuracy
Miscellaneous clerical and operational duties as assigned
Provide coverage for departmental personnel when others are absent
Payoff quotes and quote verification
Knowledge/Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent GED
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and review.
Organization and ability to handle many tasks while meeting deadlines
To review general loan department procedures, processing of loan documents, and an understanding of compliance/legal regulatory requirements
