Preschool Teacher/Teacher Assistant

Looking for a responsible, dependable, and dedicated individual to join us in growing the minds of young children in our preschool. Individual must have a love for Jesus and be sincerely interested in childcare for long-term employment. Candidate needs to be willing to learn, must show initiative, and be thorough in completing tasks. The ideal candidate would be someone who can be flexible and a positive team player.

This is a part time position up to 30 hours per week. Shifts are M-F 8:15-1:00 and 12:30-5:30. You can work a combination of 6 shifts based on preschool needs. At least 6 months of experience in a DSS facility is highly recommended and sought after.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a licensed DSS preschool or daycare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children
- Strong classroom management skills

Qualifications:
-High school diploma of GED or equivalent required

-Passed background check and sex offender registry
