Recruiting Specialist

Job Overview:

Our firm is undergoing a massive expansion of our Central Florida office and is actively seeking highly motivated and driven recruiters to work with our team.

This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about scaling business needs, engaging with business partners to build new business markets, and wants to contribute to the success of a team-oriented organization on a part-time or full-time basis.

Duties:

As a Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services; recruiting, evaluating and enrolling financial sales professionals in part-time or full-time opportunities; delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates; increasing our presence within the local community.

* Comprehensive training will be provided for experienced and inexperienced candidates.

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to pass a background check
