**This is a Help Desk Technician position**
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (2) year of related experience
- Proficient in:
- English (reading, writing, grammar and mathematics)
- Interpersonal relations and communication
- Technical knowledge and skills to support bank's hardware, software, and networking, including support for various PCs, laptops, printers, phones, mobile devices, etc
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and documentation, including complex technical issues
- Knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, DFS, DATTO, VMWare virtualization technologies, and Active Directory, user accounts and permissions
- Knowledge of computer and network security principles
- Visual and auditory skills
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, reach, and lift items weighing 15 lbs or less
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Associate degree in related field, preferred
- A certification, preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Perform various duties to support the Bank’s information technology
- Provides 1st-2nd Tiered level of support when working with end users to evaluate and resolve technological issues; provides end user help desk support over the phone, in person, or remotely.
- Provides 1st-2nd Tiered troubleshooting to resolve network issues, research solutions.
- Assists in supporting system backups, network firewalls, and VMWare virtualized environment.
- Responds to system outages.
- Performs hardware and software installations for existing and new branches.
- Assists with new branch openings.
- Maintains hardware and software inventories.
- Assists with employee change maintenance including user account creation, modification, deletion and password lockouts.
- Maintains various system logs.
- Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes system reports for management.
- Present IT-related onboarding material to new hires.
- Performs individual and Bank-wide employee training.
- Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment free of harassment and illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace
- Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information
- Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate Bank personnel.
- Responds to inquires relating to his/her particular area or to requests from other Bank personnel, within given time frames and within established policy.
