Basic Function:
This position involves identifying community needs, developing wellness programs and initiatives, and tracking progress. It often combines administrative responsibilities with field work, like interacting directly with the public. This position must present a quality, professional image for First Community Bank and have the ability and desire to develop and maintain quality customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Deliver consistent, high quality service to internal and external customers and maintain strict confidentiality in all bank matters.
· Resolves customer problems either through personal action or referral to other bank staff
· Promote all bank services to customers cross selling to new and existing customers
· Welcome and interact with customers entering the bank to identify their need and ensure expeditious and excellent service
· Attend and participate in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion
· Assist with Diversity Outreach meetings to have a consistent representation in every market
· Responsible for reporting to the group if there are any issues or concerns regarding diversity and equity
· Participate and determine where representation in diversity events should be presented
· Attend after hours events
· Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must be fluent in Spanish
· Thrive on engaging with customers; can begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.

- Able to work cooperatively with other co-workers regardless of personality, presence or communication style
- Able to multi task
· Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Training and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Prior customer service experience preferred
