6:45am -3:15pm

Inputs, verifies, and reconciles all patient charges daily and maintains integrity of patients medical records during their surgical visit. Assists management in the completion of assigned tasks specific to the needs of the Materials Management and Scheduling departments. Assists in completing the administrative responsibilities of the department including reports, statistics, correspondence, and meeting preparation and coordination. Responsible for the coordination of the Vendor Credentialing system for Surgical Services.

High school diploma required

Strong computer skills, organized; stocking, materials or Peoplesoft trained

Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of materials management experience; one year of experience with use of computerized materials management system.
