As a Virtual Banker, you'll work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to ensure our clients' banking needs are met with precision and efficiency. - Show off your lightning-fast reflexes by swiftly responding to client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner. Be the superhero that our clients can rely on for prompt assistance!
- Be the master of first-call resolution, tackling client service inquiries and issues right from the first call. Use your sharp instincts to identify the topic and type of assistance needed, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
- Take on the role of an educator by helping clients understand the fundamentals and benefits of the products and services we offer. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will leave them inspired and empowered.
- Be the detective who spots any issues that negatively impact the client experience and escalate them through the appropriate channels. Your attention to detail will ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients.
Education/Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette
- Process strong problem solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail expertise, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Shifts:
- Shifts starting from 7am-1:30pm with a Saturday shift requirement
Training Schedule:
- 8 weeks duration - Week 1-3: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Week 4-7: Work assigned scheduled shift; Week 8: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Week 9: Work assigned scheduled shift
