```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Printer to join our team. As a Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain printing presses and other equipment
- Set up printing jobs according to specifications
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Experience in screen printing or similar printing techniques
- Proficiency in quality control procedures
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
- Familiarity with machining processes for print production
- Ability to create and modify layout designs
- Understanding of print advertising principles
- Knowledge of prepress procedures and file preparation
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- CNC machining experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
