**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Daytime Line Cook to join our team. This role will focus on preparing focaccia sandwiches, as well as assisting with pasta and salad preparation. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a fast-paced kitchen, with a focus on pantry, cold items, and sandwiches. Experience with baking is a plus, but not required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sandwich Preparation:** Prepare and assemble Focaccia sandwiches with precision and consistency, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- **Pasta and Salad Preparation:** Assist with the preparation of fresh pastas and salads, following established recipes and guidelines.
- **Prep Work:** Perform daily prep tasks, including chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients for the lunch service.
- **Quality Control:** Maintain high standards of food quality, ensuring that all dishes meet our freshness and flavor criteria.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with a small team to ensure a smooth and efficient lunch service.
- **Kitchen Maintenance:** Keep your workstation clean and organized, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
**Qualifications:**
