Video Production Associate

Position Summary: 

The First Legal Depositions Video Production Associate ensures clients receive accurate and timely transcripts. Primary responsibilities include watching and editing video recordings and syncing them with transcripts. Associates support the Director in all departmental objectives including, streamlining workflows, assisting videographers, and meeting all daily production goals. The Video Production Associate embodies the culture, vision and core values of the organization and pursues a team mindset through open communication and active collaboration for problem solving and creative thinking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create accurately synced videos with transcripts, meeting daily goals
• Respond to email requests with clear and concise correspondence to internal and external personnel
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to all internal and external matters and other material as deemed necessary
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to follow-up with internal team members and external vendors
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be dependable, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat reader and familiarity with PDF file formats
• Strong attention to details

Schedule/Location:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• Remote - CA or NV residents
• Entry Level -Based on experience
