Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter/Content Marketer to develop engaging content across various platforms to promote our company and services. This individual will play a critical role in crafting persuasive messaging that resonates with our target audience, enhances brand visibility, and drives lead generation. Additionally, the Copywriter/Content Marketer will be tasked with producing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and compelling content for web pages, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and target audience demographics.

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.

• Source and identify Requests for Proposals.

• Produce high-quality responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) that highlight our capabilities and solutions.

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages and value propositions.

• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Help with event planning and attend tradeshows as assigned.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in content marketing, digital advertising, and proposal writing.

• Share best practices and coordinate marketing activities.

• Identify new marketing opportunities based on our company’s mission and vision.

• Assist in the preparation of bi-annual customer service surveys and newsletters.

• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Marketer, or similar role, preferably within the workers’ compensation or auto injury management industry.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital advertising strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems (CMS).

• Experience responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and creating compelling business proposals.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

• Own your work product and think proactively.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
