Job Description
- Answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service
- Provide customer service by giving accurate information about account and card transactions
- Provide call completion and / or alternate options for resolving a claim
- Handle all customer calls, despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashion
- Accurately complete claims forms, taking action to protect the customer and the banks interests
- Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the ATM operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
