What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operation specialist position at First National Bank Texas?
- Research cash sheet items and teller outages
- Cash balancing at branch level
- Balance teller over / short at branch level
- Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the CBO Policy and assigned approval limits
- Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-Key
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in a repetitive environment
- Banking or support operations experience is preferred
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
