We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee and manage office budgets and expenses
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Manage schedules and calendars, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled and conflicts are resolved
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette
- Assist with social media posting and monitoring
- Report social media analytics as needed to the Communciations team
- Update some areas of the website as directed by the pastor or communication team
