Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

First Republic Bank’s Corporate Treasury team is seeking an energetic, resourceful, and goal-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst, to support the bank’s strategic growth leveraging the power of data. In this role, you will take ownership of the functional data and daily processes, all of which support a broad range of analytics efforts by the entire team.  These efforts include risk measurement processes, balance sheet management strategy and execution, liquidity management, and more.   What you’ll do as a Business Intelligence Analyst: - Interpret data and analyze results using SQL - Work cross functionally to ensure data integrity; identify, and remediate data gaps - Build and maintain procedural SQL logic, to ensure consistency throughout the Finance data domains - Develop in-depth understanding of First Republic’s business model, and translate key business rules and mappings to support internal risk measurement frameworks - Lead the development of automated business intelligence dashboards - Translate quantitative results and prepare for presentation materials for non-technical audience - Drive adoption of enterprise-wide standards and liaise with broader technology and data teams throughout the bank - Develop and maintain documentation of data flow for a broad audience
