About the role

The Online Banking Specialist is primarily responsible for the growth and maintenance of the bank’s deposit portfolio and cash management services. This role builds relationships with prospective clients and offers solutions that are tailored to match their needs. The Online Banking Specialist performs and assists in all activities in the Digital Banking Operations of the branch including, but not limited to, Cash Management and Online banking access implementation, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise, training clients on the functionality of the online platforms, and assist the Operations Department.

Position is located in Henderson and is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Assist clients on various platforms offered by the Bank, including, but not limited to, online and mobile banking, Bill Pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, wire transfers, ACH transfers, Positive Pay and debit cards.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for online Cash Management services and provide product support for clients.
• Work with clients to uncover needs related to the online financial tools and resources offered by our Cash Management services and develop a customized approach for each company/organization.
• Ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes to exceed customer service standards.
• Conduct onsite and virtual tutorials of the Cash Management platform for prospects and clients.
• Perform post-onboarding reviews with clients to ensure expectations are met and users are satisfied with the online services.
• Develops an understanding of internal bank policies, as well as a strong understanding of banking regulations.
• Monitor reports as assigned.
• Research and resolve client issues within a timely manner.
• Provide hands-on assistance, as needed, for all Digital Banking/Operations Department functions.
• Process and verify wire transfers, ACH transactions, debit card payments, and other transactions.
• Work with other Bank employees to resolve client requests and discrepancies related to Online Banking
• Assist in preparation and research pertaining to auditing, examinations, and monitoring requests.
• Lead projects as assigned by Branch Manager
• Gather information for NV/AZ Divisional Minutes weekly and send to Divisional President.
• Process all Website Contact emails regarding On Line PC/Banking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you will need

• Minimum Experience: 3 years of banking experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Online Banking or IT related technology field.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Fiserv bank offerings. Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, OFAC rules, NACHA procedures and deposit regulations, including specifically Federal Reserve Regulations CC, DD, E, and J.
