About the role
The Online Banking Specialist is primarily responsible for the growth and maintenance of the bank’s deposit portfolio and cash management services. This role builds relationships with prospective clients and offers solutions that are tailored to match their needs. The Online Banking Specialist performs and assists in all activities in the Digital Banking Operations of the branch including, but not limited to, Cash Management and Online banking access implementation, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise, training clients on the functionality of the online platforms, and assist the Operations Department.
Position is located in Henderson and is not a remote position.
