- Pay ranges from $48,000 - $52,000

Education and Experience:
- Two years of education and/or experience in substance abuse and mental health is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Develops and implements property management policy and procedure, forms, and workflows in accordance with state laws to ensure quality of rental properties.
- Manages the housing waiting list.
- Performs tenant admissions and evictions.
- Completes quarterly quality assurance inspection of facilities and ensures that necessary improvements and adjustments are complete
