Role Overview:
As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our little learners. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Duties
Caring for Children: Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Creating Lesson Plans: Developing curriculum that supports children’s learning and development.
Engaging Children in Activities: Encouraging their interests and exposing them to new ways of thinking.
Setting Up the Classroom: Preparing the learning environment each day.
Supervising Playtime: Ensuring children play safely.
Serving Meals and Snacks: Meeting their nutritional needs.
Handling Behavioral Issues: Mediating conflicts and addressing behavioral challenges.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keeping the daycare facility clean and sanitized.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Background Check
Child abuse record check
Nice To Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting (preferred but not mandatory)
Passion for working with young children
Creativity, patience, and a love for learning
Cpr and First aid certified
