The First Tennessee Development District Area Agency on Aging and Disability is accepting applications for a Full Time Pre-Enrollment Assistant. Duties include maintaining accurate records and input data in computerized systems as needed, assist in the preparation and maintenance of records and reports, and assist in providing required/requested information to appropriate vendors and agencies as instructed throughout the intake process. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring mandated timelines and paperwork requirements are met for each PAE and Medicaid application submitted. Proficiency in usage of personal computers and appropriate software. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to analyze data and generate reports. High School diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant office experience. Experience in medical records a plus. The bi-weekly salary is $1570.27. First Tennessee Development District offers paid benefits including major medical, dental, vision and retirement. Paid leave time is also provided.
