Introduction to First US Warranty (FUSW):

At First US Warranty (FUSW), we transcend the traditional role of Finance and Insurance (F&I) product administrators for car dealerships. Location:

First US Warranty’s main HQ is in Naples, FL we also have offices in Chicago, IL

The position does not require relocation to Southwest Florida. However, we would prefer candidates who currently live in SW Florida or are willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

As a VP of Sales at FUSW, you will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships and driving growth within our F&I Division. Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing relationships with prospective customers and securing contracts aligned with sales quotas.
  • Driving the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Prospecting potential customers using various methods, including calls, emails, meetings, networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Consulting with prospects to understand business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge for meaningful conversations.
  • Delivering presentations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Crafting and presenting proposals.
  • Developing and executing territory plans to meet sales targets.
  • Utilizing and updating CRM pipeline, contacts, and notes.
  • Providing feedback to Executive Management on sales cycle improvements and market trends.
  • Collaborating with the training team to ensure seamless onboarding for new accounts.
  • Facilitating quarterly executive summaries with Dealer Partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&I administration, reinsurance, and dealership personnel training.
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive space.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ambitious and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel overnight based on sales activity locations.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
