What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Corporate Analyst position at First Watch Restaurants, Inc.?
The First Watch IT Corporate Analyst will be responsible for supporting an array of corporate systems technology including SharePoint, ERP, and other technologies as determined by IT leadership. The role will require developing an overall general understanding of the corporate technology and its use at First Watch, including providing technical expertise in troubleshooting issues and guiding future enhancements. Additionally, the role will partner with the IT Business Analyst to identify new and current technical solutions to support the ongoing corporate technology needs. The IT Corporate Analyst must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where being highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable is of utmost importance while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, he/she must remain calm under pressure and remain focused, professional, and organized. Responsibilities will involve performing routine and occasional non-routine assignments requiring independent judgment.

- Support a broad portfolio of applications including, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, ERP, and other corporate system deemed necessary.
- Work collaboratively with business, IT, and vendors to ensure all applications are performing optimally and provide troubleshooting/resolution as necessary.
- General knowledge of the principles of data warehousing and data warehousing tools.
- Create application designs/configurations that leverage application strengths to meet business needs.
- Develop communications to end users to promote efficient use of the system.
- Act as primary ongoing owner for support of implemented systems. This includes implementing planned changes, as well as diagnosing and resolving all ad-hoc issues.
- Submit and track modifications and enhancements to applications including estimates, approvals, notifications, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Engineering or Computer Science majors are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Enterprise IT
- Comfort working on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Solid knowledge of structured methodology/processes for implementing business applications
- History of creating strong documentation for deliverables
