Description
- Greet customers and assists them by completing the required banking transactions for the customer.
- Balancing and maintaining cash recycler records, assist customer with the operations of the Teller Connect machines, promotes customer and commercial services to customers.
- Orders checks, print/re-print/re-pin ATM and debit cards.
- Receives cash and checks for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement and enters deposits into computer records.
- Promotes and explains other bank services such as certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, traveler’s checks and Cashier’s checks.
- Assists customers with the Teller Connect process.
- Receives cash and checks for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
- Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances.
- Promotes and explains other bank services such as certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, traveler’s checks and Cashier’s Checks.
- Receives payments and enters them into the computer. Generates customer receipts.
- Assists other team members in waiting on customers, answering telephones, and performing other duties as necessary.
- Helps with troubleshooting Teller Connect machines as well as cash recyclers. At times may need to balance machines and/or perform surprise audit.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required. At least one year of bank experience or work experience with cash handling preferred.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, be a problem solver and be able to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $27,400 - $34,700
