Able to perform a variety of changing duties, able to adhere closely to established standards. Verbal ability is necessary to communicate with coworkers, contractors, and other members of hospital staff. Able to interpret technical manuals related to maintenance, blueprints and specifications for installation and maintenance of equipment. To be successful in this position, you should have a working knowledge of the following skill sets:
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or technical training equivalent, plus one (1) to two (2) years of specialized training/experience in the mechanical field with preferred experience in Plant Operations. Training in specific items of equipment such as boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, air-condition and refrigeration is very desirable. Minimum (2) years’ experience preferred (5) years. Must have a valid NC driver’s license with a good driving history
