Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be detail-oriented. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Duties:
- Process invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
- Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries from vendors
Qualifications
- 2 years accounts payable experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
