Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing business systems, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Applications team and business application users, effectively communicating requirements and collaborating on solution design.
- Support global business process improvement initiatives by configuring, testing, and implementing enhancements to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including Oracle’s E-Business Suite, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Salesforce.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users, acting as a subject matter expert and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant experience in lieu of degree.
- 5-10 years of concentration in a business systems analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP(Oracle E-Business Suite), WMS (Warehouse Management System), Salesforce CRM, and supporting applications.
- Proficiency in system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
