A local non-profit healthcare company is seeking a CFO to be responsible for directing the fiscal functions and providing financial leadership. They are seeking someone with 10 years of progressive leadership experience as well as exposure to healthcare finance in a hospital, home care or hospice. The position will report 100% onsite to start, but then will allow for a hybrid remote model.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
• Participates in long-range planning and development of new programs and/or strategies,
• providing financial input and leadership on all issues affecting the organization.
• Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends.
• Develops annual budget and provides continual improvement of the budgeting process
• through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
• Stays abreast of relevant regulations and advises organization on needed action.
• Collaborates with senior leaders on operational and strategic issues on ongoing basis.
• Provides financial information to Board of Trustees on monthly/quarterly basis and
• develops working relationship with Board members.
• Provides leadership, oversight, and direction for organization’s Finance Department.
• Provides technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the organization.
• Optimizes the handling of bank and investment relationships and initiates appropriate
• strategies to enhance cash position.
• Maintains a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which
• includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
• Acts as an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the
• corporation may enter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience working in healthcare industry
• 10 years of management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
