The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various data sets into the system. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior billing experience and familiarity with QuickBooks are considered strong assets for this role but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files as needed.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies in data and reports.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
Contribute to process improvement discussions to enhance data entry efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with billing processes is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks software is a strong advantage.
Ability to adapt to changes in processes and systems.
