Job Title: Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Marlborough, MA 01752 (Hybrid 3 days per week)
Compensation: Up to $150K annual salary plus 15% bonus, equity, and benefits
Position Overview / Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will be the company’s first Financial Planning & Analysis full-time internal hire. They will be an individual contributor to start before building out a team.
- Will own the FP&A process
- Responsible for overall annual operating plan process and quarterly forecast cycles
- Initial focus will be the development of a process for periodic revenue forecast updates
- Will be responsible for developing reporting that can integrate financial data from several financial sources
- Will also have a key role in the potential implementation, integration, and/or migration of IT systems
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance
- Recent, hands-on experience at a publicly traded technology or medical device company
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative attitude
- Willingness and aptitude to create structure and processes to build and improve the FP&A capabilities
- Excellent financial modeling skills
